To wear, start from the bottom hook and work your way up to the top. Chart below shows an approximate measurement.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

For best results, select the girdle that corresponds to your correct size. Using a smaller size will not obtain the desired shaping.

Fit might be too tight, if you're not used to firm compression garment. Comfort will take place after a couple of minutes or after a couple of times wearing it. We suggest a size bigger from the chart if you don't want it firm and prefer moderate compression.

Hook it up from bottom to top and unhook from top to bottom. Do not pull hooks when removing the garment.
